The American Legion Post # 142 will be participating in the annual Veteran’s Day Program at the Hominy High School on November 11th, at 12:30 p.m.

The program will be conducted by the Hominy High School staff and students, and it will honor all veterans. It will feature patriotic hymns, readings by class officers and various club officers, and the school’s choirs and instrumental ensembles will perform. They will honor the Veteran of the Year, and they will recognize all active military personnel.

Lunch for veterans and their guest will be held at 11:30 a.m.

A basket will be passed around, to collect donations to help the Blue Star Mothers purchase items, to send to our Troops.

The theme of this year’s program is “We Will Not Forget.”
The program director is Alane King. Everyone is welcome to attend.
