Babo Carter – Memorial Day 2011
In 2010-2011, American Legion Post #142 member Babo Carter spent one year walking the A.J. Powell Cemetery in Hominy, creating a list of all interned veterans. He has graciously shared his work, and his list is available here.

Thank you so much for your hard work! I have recently began searching for our ancestors and I was able to find Robert G. Blackwell here and also Andrew Blackwell here. My mom was so thrilled with the pictures! I have a brother that looks a lot like Andrew! Thanks again for the role you have played in helping me find my family!
